We’re Hiring: Lavender Field Attendant  (posted: March 23, 2026)

Do you love the scent of lavender, sunshine, and making people smile? Come join our Agri-tourism crew at Lavande Braydale this summer! We’re looking for enthusiastic, bilingual individuals to help us welcome guests to our blooming lavender fields and create a memorable U-pick experience.

 

Position: Lavender Field Attendant

 Location: Lavande Braydale

When: End of June – End of July (Approx. 4 weeks)

 Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM - Saturdays 10-8:30 pm

 Bonus Opportunity: Help us with our final harvest in August!

 

 Your role will include:

 

• Assisting Carl & Tracey in monitoring guests in the lavender fields

• Demonstrating how to enjoy the U-pick experience

• Helping with parking coordination

• Assisting at our farm store and kiosk

• Serving up fresh lavender lemonade

• Tying up gorgeous lavender bouquets

• Working outdoors in all kinds of weather

• Using tech for guest checkouts and admission payments

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Must be bilingual (English & French)

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods

• Friendly, responsible, and tech-savvy
